FANTASTIX – Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

FANTASTIX is committed to making your shopping experience a success. We offer a one-time product exchange and returns within 7 days of delivery for all shipments.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and choose either a replacement or a full refund (including shipping charges). Requests for return, refund, or exchange must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Inform our team within 48 hours of delivery via email at ecommerce@mash-group.com or call/WhatsApp at +91-9151244457 (Monday to Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM).

  2. We will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address within 48 hours.

  3. Once we receive the product in its original, unused condition, we will:

    • Process your refund within 72 hours (to your bank account), or

    • Deliver the replacement product within 7 days.

Important Notes:

  • Only one exchange per product is allowed. Further exchanges may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are done via bank transfer in the customer’s name.

  • Doorstep refunds are not available.

Return/Exchange Not Eligible If:

  • The product is not in new, unused, and re-sellable condition, or is damaged or torn.

  • Original packaging, protective coverings, or product information are missing.

Sale/Discounted Items:

Products bought under any sale or discount are not eligible for refund. However, you can request a one-time exchange within 7 days.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order anytime before delivery using the cancellation option available on our website.

FANTASTIX may update this policy periodically. New products added to the site may be excluded from return/exchange/refund benefits, so we recommend reviewing this policy before purchasing.
